POLY ID Cards Our POLY ID cards are printed on a non-tear, .65mm plastic material. The card size is 2.39″x3.66″ and can be in either vertical or horizontal format and can be slotted. They can include all of the important information such as student name, grade, homeroom, and ID numbers in barcode format. They are perfect for students and staff. We can design the cards for you, or you can submit your own design for us to use. The setup cost is a one-time per year cost of $16.50. Starting as low as .47 each (based on the quantity ordered).
